Legligin (119 St. Lucy Street, Valletta) – located a block away from Manoel Theatre, this is more of a wine bar than a restaurant. Food is served tapas-style, with a Maltese twist – stuffed peppers, Greek dolmades, tender grilled quail breasts, home-made caponata and Maltese sausage – with owner Chris Bonnici on hand to help diners pair the right wine with the food of their choosing.
